We have been training and educating Valley real estate professionals since 1965, when we opened under the name Ford Schools Inc.  Our Chairman and CEO, Harry V. Eastlick, acquired Ford Schools in 1974 and has operated the school ever since. We offer real estate continuing education, broker and pre-licensing training. Our instructors are approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate and teach in their area of expertise.

Our Principles of Real Estate pre-licensing course is presented in a proprietary multi-media format, with an approved instructor present to ensure complete understanding of the material.  This format allows students to attend class when it is convenient to their schedule.

We also present an on-line distance learning program that features courses in continuing education that fulfill a licensee's required renewal hours. Distance learning has been officially approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate since June 2000. You can now register online and complete renewal hours on your own schedule in your own home, or at the office. Classes Starting Near You!  In 2004, we realized that in order to accommodate the needs of our students, we needed to expand beyond just one location.  With that in mind, we now have 25 class rooms throughout Arizona where students can complete their licensing education .  We plan to add even more locations this year so that students will never have to travel far to find quality education.
