Real Estate Principles course is one of two required 45-hour course that must be completed to obtain a real estate salesperson license. The ReNewal Education Corporation DRE approved Real Estate Principles course is a visual and audio-based lecture delivered over the Internet. This course is designed to provide a solid introduction to all pertinent aspects of owning and transferring real estate. Topics include estates, encumbrances, escrow, appraisals, title and deeds, agency, contracts, landlord and tenant relations, and government controls.
Real Estate Practice is one of two required 45-hour courses that must be completed to obtain a real estate salesperson license. The ReNewal Education Corporation DRE approved Real Estate Practice course is a visual and audio-based lecture delivered over the Internet. The course is designed to give the student an understanding of the use of forms to make disclosures, and enter into agreements on any aspect of real estate related transactions. The course covers real estate practices pertinent to the United States of America and the state of California.
This 45-hour elective course completed the 135 hours required to obtain a real estate salesperson license. The ReNewal Education Corporation DRE approved Real Estate Finance course is a visual and audio-based lecture delivered over the Internet. The course is designed to provide the student information about private lending and carry back sales. Also includes, types of notes and trust deeds, seller financing, and the foreclosure process. The course covers real estate finances pertinent to the United States of America and the state of California.

Conditional salesperson licenses are issued to individuals who completed Real Estate Principles. Within 18 months of the license issuance date, salespersons must submit evidence to the DRE indicating successful completion of two required statutory/pre-license courses.
